Who We Are
Tiny Home Builders Texas is an owner-operated custom building and remodeling company founded by Sergiy and Eugene B, serving homeowners across Texas. We handle everything from accessory dwelling units and tiny homes to foundation repair, structural design, and whole-home remodeling all under one accountable roof, not a patchwork of subcontractors.
Our Story
Sergiy and Eugene started Tiny Home Builders Texas in 2001 after watching too many Texas homeowners get stuck between two bad options: general contractors who didn’t understand structural realities like expansive clay soil and foundation movement, or specialty companies who could build an ADU but wouldn’t touch a structural repair.
Both builders came up through hands-on construction and structural work, not sales. They kept seeing additions that settled wrong and “repairs” that ignored the actual cause of the problem. So they built a company around one idea: understand the structure first, then build everything else on top of that understanding whether it’s a playhouse or a second-story addition.

Mission: To give Texas homeowners one accountable builder for everything from a custom ADU to a full structural repair, built right from the foundation up by the people who actually show up.
Vision: To be the builder Texas families call first, because they know Sergiy and Eugene build to last through Texas soil, Texas heat, and Texas storms.
What We Do
We cover the full range a Texas property might need: custom homes, ADUs, prefab homes, tiny homes on wheels, park model homes, and granny flats. We also handle the structural side most builders avoid foundation repair, structural design, and structural repair plus garage conversions, detached structures, junior ADUs, sheds, guest houses, and playhouses. On the remodeling side, we take on whole-home remodels, additions, second-story additions, and kitchen, bathroom, laundry, office, and restaurant/TI remodeling.
